Return & Exchange Policy
All Mountain Rangers stands behind the quality of our products and we hope you enjoy the shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied for any reason, once we confirmed we committed to returns or exchanges. You can simply return your merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Items purchased online can only be returned by online and cannot be returned to retail stores. Items purchased at a retail store should be returned to the store.
Returns Policy
‧ Customer must provide relevant receipt.
‧ Label tag must not be removed.
‧ Qualified Returns – Customers may return unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed products with original product tags and packaging for a refund or exchange within a specified period.
‧ Non-Qualified Returns – Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sunscreen and modified garments are also not accepted for returns or exchanges. Sale items, clearance merchandise, or gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We reject any returns that do not meet the return criteria or are returned without our consent, and no refund arrangements will be made.
Return Process
‧ If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 7 days of delivery, provided it has not been damaged, altered, or used. NO returns will be accepted after this date. Initial shipping cost is non-refundable.

‧ Our customer service representatives will try to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. Please do not send us the return items directly to our warehouse without any confirmation from our team. or Contact Us straight away before you send to our warehouse by email: allmtnrangers@gmail.com
‧ After we confirmed all return requirements are valid, we will return the payment as soon as possible.
‧ Customer may need to bare the return shipping fee. This depends on the reasons of return.
Exchange Process
‧ If you required to exchange item(s), please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery.
‧ The new item(s) will be sent to the original delivery address, if you need to change address please contact our customer service team.
Refund Process
‧ Once we receive the return package and confirm that it meets the Returns Policy above, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know.
‧ The refund will appear in your bank account about 4-7 days after you hear from us, depending on your bank or payment provider. If there are any issues or your return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll send your parcel back to you, but we’ll contact you about it first.
